A Lakewood Landmark for 72 years... Ice skating at Winterhurst has been an integral part of Lakewood since 1931. Many persons possess fond memories of winter nights spent at the old outdoor rink. Originally built by the City Ice and Fuel Company, Winterhurst was the largest outdoor artificial ice rink in the country.
